This page explains how to delete an account created with Studio (the game-making feature) in the mobile app "kaleido" (provided by Yoshio Yuba, an individual developer based in Japan). If you only play games, no account is created and there is nothing to delete.
Delete in the App (deleted immediately)
Open kaleido and open the menu from the person icon at the top right (you can do the same from the "Posted" screen in Studio).
Choose "Delete account", then tap "Delete" on the confirmation.
To confirm it's you, the Google or Apple sign-in screen opens again. Choose the account you used to post, and the deletion is complete.
If you have already uninstalled the App (request by e-mail)
The creator name of the account you want to delete (the name starting with @)
Whether you posted with a Google account or an Apple ID
We may ask additional questions to confirm that you are the account holder. We will delete the account within 30 days after confirming, and let you know by e-mail when it is done.
What is deleted
Your creator name (it becomes available to others)
Games you posted (settings, titles and thumbnail images, including withdrawn ones)
Records of your agreement to the Terms and age confirmation
Reports you sent and your block records
Account information (your Firebase Authentication user ID and its link to Google / Apple)
What is kept
As an operational record, we keep only the fact that a deletion took place (a random user ID and the date and time). It does not include your name or e-mail address.
Studio drafts, likes and play history are stored only on your device. They are removed when you uninstall the App.
Usage data and crash information that are not tied to an account are deleted automatically after the periods described in Section 7 of the Privacy Policy.
